Jim is also the author of the book: "Land on Your Feet, Not on Your Face: A Guide to Building Your Leadership Platform", and recently added "radio personality" to his resume, co-hosting "The Boss Show" every Wednesday on KKNW 1150 am from 5-6 pm (currently on sabbatical).
Jim lives in Issaquah, Washington, and has been married for 34 years to Paula Weiss, a teacher in the Issaquah School District.
